Stuart Law Firm guided Builders Mutual Insurance Company, a client of more than 30 years, through two 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions that resulted in the purchase and substantial rehabilitation of a 69,000 square foot commercial office building that serves as its corporate headquarters, as well as the home of the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County.
